INVESTIGATION STRATEGIES - Formulating your investigative needs based on an examination of the environment in which the investigation will proceed and all relevant legal and factual issues, and designing an investigative plan to accomplish those needs.

DISCOVERY ANALYSIS  - Evaluating discovery results and outstanding discovery issues to ensure preservation and acquisition of all relevant and non-privileged data, including ESI (e.g., databases, photos, videos, emails, voice-mails, instant messages and metadata), interviews, depositions and other potential evidence.

INFORMATION MAPPING - Supervising the entry of all pertinent data (from investigative reports, witness statements, documents, ESI, and other evidence) into Summation, TrialDirector Notebook, CaseMap, TranscriptPad or other in-house or web based software to globally capture, organize and evaluate all relevant facts and issues - including identification of relationships, patterns and outliers - in order to develop case strategies.

WITNESS EVALUATION - Evaluating your fact and expert witnesses to identify credibility or testimonial issues that might negatively affect their impact.

TRIAL STRATEGIES -

• THEORY FRAMING - Framing of your case theories to take advantage of the evidence and all available claims or defenses.                       
  

• WITNESS PREPARATION - Developing mock trial scripts to prepare your witnesses for testimony at deposition, arbitration, grand jury or trial, and hostile witness scripts to take advantage of cross-examination.

• DEMONSTRATIVE MEDIA - Working with your Trial Presentation Tech to assist with development of trial media, including physical displays  (such as easels and exhibit boards) and electronic displays (e.g., projection of enlarged documents or pictures, graphics, video and 3D animations).

• BOOKEND ARGUMENTS - Designing persuasive opening and closing arguments for complex cases.
